CANCELLATION
All orders (Standard & Custom) can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. Should the orders have been shipped within 24 hours of being placed, Return Policy applies.
Cancellation Of Standard Items:
We deal directly with manufacturers and do not warehouse or keep inventories in our own facility. We ship directly from our manufacturers. With this, it give us the ability to pass down the savings to you (e.g. free shipping, manufacturer discounts, etc.) and we are able to provide more products and options (i.e. sizes, colors, etc.) available to you. By shipping directly from the manufacturers, Philazzure Services Ltd. is responsible for all cancellation charges and return freight charges. Because of this we cannot accept order cancellations without billing you the penalties. We apologize.
Penalty Scale:
15% Penalty on all standard orders cancelled after 24 hours.
30% Penalty on all standard orders cancelled after 24 hours and staged for shipping at the manufacturer.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please review our Return Policy.
Cancellation Of Custom/Special Order Items:
Custom and Special Order Items are made with your personal specifications. These items are "Made To Order" and are not sitting in stock at the manufacturer's warehouses. After 24 hours of purchase, Custom and Special Order Items cannot be cancelled and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom and Special Order Items will be shipped to you within the estimated shipping time constraints.

DAMAGES
Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgement that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. It is important that you inspect the furniture packaging upon delivery of your order. External damage to the packaging that has no possible effect on the contents should be described and marked on the receipt or bill of lading. If the cartons are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there were visible damages. Afterwards, notify us immediately for on-site resolution.
RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase from us. The weight and dimensions of our products are all specified on our site. Customers are therefore requested to measure their entry ways and access points to ensure the purchased items will fit. We are sorry that we cannot issue a refund for cancellation or return once the merchandise is shipped from the warehouse. If shipment is refused without prior authorization, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound freights and any handling fees involved. Aside from the shipping and handling charges, depending on the condition of the returned items, you will be charged with 30% cancellation fee of the total purchase price, taxes, and all shipping charges incurred.
